This seminar will give bankruptcy attorneys a practical overview of key tax issues before and after filing bankruptcy. From a tax attorney’s perspective, it covers how IRS collection tools—such as Currently Not Collectible (CNC) status, Installment Agreements, and Offers in Compromise (OIC)—interact with bankruptcy strategy.
