The event calendar shows upcoming club events. Select a view then use the navigation buttons to move
between dates. Click on the event to view more information, including the event description, times,
location, fees and any rules regarding attendance; you can also register for events from this screen.
Click on the magnifying glass on the toolbar to see search and filter options.
Clients coming out of bankruptcy often have issues with their credit report and inaccurate reporting. Sometimes they have those issues even before filing bankruptcy. This seminar will focus on what constitutes a claim under the federal Fair Credit Reporting Act (“FCRA”), what to do if you have a claim and what remedies are available. There will be brief discussion of the basics of other federal causes of actions for background check errors, debt collection and telemarketer harassment as well.
