A FREE CLE on the Mortgage Modification Mediation (“MMM”) Program in the Arizona Bankruptcy Courts, that started February 1, 2017.

Judge Whinery will discuss the court’s commitment to the MMM program and, statistically, where we are today.
Other presenters will explain what is working in the program from the prospective of the chapter 13 trustee (Dianne Kerns), and the debtor's counsel (Andrea Wimmer), the role of Debtor’s special counsel (Ellen Lawson), & the mediator (Rex Anderson).
One goal is to hear from the stakeholders about what is working and what is not. May qualify for 1.5 hours of CLE credit
