This program is open to all! Please invite anyone, including staff, who may be interested in learning more about the changes to the law coming in just a few weeks.

In-person (Lunch & CLE): Kenn will be presenting in-person at Neeley Law, 1120 S Dobson Rd, Suite 230, Chandler, AZ 85286. Lunch will be provided at
11:30am. Please arrive promptly at 11:30am to have time to eat and mingle before the education begins at noon.

Zoom: For those who can’t make it in-person, a Zoom broadcast will
begin at noon.
Kenn will cover:
- What is changing with the passage of SB1540 in Arizona
- What drove the bill forward in the legislature
- What impact will the bill have on the definition of a homestead, the homestead exemption, and tax refunds
- What you need to do differently starting right now

Kenneth L. Neeley is a passionate entrepreneur and the owner of Neeley Law – a bankruptcy and family law firm located in Chandler, but with clients across Arizona. Kenn loves all things techie or creative (or preferably both). His clients appreciate how well he can explain debt relief options in plain language. Yet, for some reason he has a much harder time explaining himself to his wife in plain language. Fortunately, she still seems to understand somehow. He has five amazing kiddos, ages 13 to 25. (Adult kids are tough, by the way!) Professionally, he is most proud of his awesome staff and his 7-0 appellate record.
